Hada Flores is the Managing Director of Literacy at EdReports, where she leads strategy, quality assurance, and team management for literacy reviews of Pre-K-12 instructional materials. Deeply committed to advancing equitable opportunities for students, Hada brings leadership experience in public education at the state, district, and school levels. She has supported teachers, school leaders, and district staff in creating instructional systems that foster positive, impactful learning environments.
Hada’s career spans a range of classroom and leadership roles, including experience as a middle school ELA and Social Studies teacher, assistant principal, school leader, and district instructional leader responsible for Pre-K-12 academic programs. She holds a Master’s in Education, International Education Policy from Vanderbilt University, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Stanford University.
Outside of work, Hada enjoys family adventures, listening to podcasts, watching movies, working on jigsaw puzzles, and camping.
